Mr. Plemmons recently tackled multiple issues on my 2005 Montana fifth wheel. I honestly wanted to just drop a match, but he stuck with it until he fixed everything I was having problems with. he had to make several trips, and always showed up when he said he would. I was living in dread thinking about seeing the bill, but he was more than reasonable. He truly cares about his customers! He’s definitely my go to guy for any future problems!

Well they didn’t actually have to come out but the communication between us was beyond good. I had a scheduled up coming appointment but with a little guidance over the phone I was able to get my generator going. I had contacted the Generac factory and they were not able to provide me with the valve settings. I was able to get the information from AP. I would highly recommend them and will definitely call them in the future.
